KBW is currently working with a client in the Billerica, MA area who is searching for a Payroll Specialist. The company is a large publicly traded organization with offices throughout the country. The ideal applicant must be willing to work in a fast paced environment and have experience with the following:
Payroll for up to 500 multi-state employees utilizing ADP
Maintain employee information utilizing the internal database
Preparing monthly reports to senior management regarding payroll
Candidates must have at least three to five years' experience processing high volume payroll utilizing ADP and be proficient with Excel.
