Sales Operations Manager w/ Health & Wellness experience

The Operations Manager, under general direction, oversee the implementation and administration of all policies and procedures for the clinic:
clinical, financial, operational, personnel, and administrative. They must be able to provide the highest level of customer service at all levels of the operation while meeting or exceeding clinic sales and goals as set by the company.
Essential Job Functions
Meet or exceed clinic sales and goals.
General Office
Responsibilities:
Executes daily Opening / Closing procedures, collection & data entry of patient registration paperwork, Patient scheduling, EMR reports, cash handling, product sales, product inventory, and banking
Establishes and evaluates methods and procedures for processing data and materials, set up and maintain manual and automated electronic medical record and filing systems
Conducts follow up calls to patients to discuss the patient's progress and address any missed appointments.
Assist with daily monitoring of inventory levels of all clinical and office supplies
Seek and Communicate low cost guerrilla marketing, meets minimum quota for Corporate Wellness and provides ongoing support to promote clinic profitability
Requirements
Degree in Business or related field
5 years Sales Experience
3 years Management Experience
Previous weight loss program/ product sales experience

Working Environment
Sales Environment in Medical Setting
Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays
Operate according to National Franchise System Standards
Local travel may be required
Managers work 40-45 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits
This base pay is $40,000-$44,000 annually depending on the experience
