Closeout Coordinator - Empire Telecom

This position provides support to the Finance Department by completing Closeout Reports for all construction jobs that are complete per the specifications of the client. Track receivable documents from tower crews and work with field construction managers to validate and approve. This position coordinates and maintains administrative functions for projects, along with maintaining the customer database to ensure billing accuracy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Gather all data needed for each construction job from Foremen to complete a Construction Closeout Report
Communicate with the field construction manager to validate all construction closeout documentation is complete and accurate.
Fill out all appropriate documents per the client's specifications for each Closeout Report
Process project related forms and documentation
Perform quality control on Closeout Reports prior to submitting to client
Correspond via e-mail or phone call with clients regarding Closeout Report requirements, status, and any issues that may arise
Assist with project financial processes including POs, PORs, billing etc.
Perform updates, uploads and maintenance of project milestone schedule and deliverables in customer database at PMs direction
Attend project team meetings as required; track and communicate action items and deliverables to completion
Report to Project Management team

Qualifications

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including: Word, Excel, Outlook & Picture Manager
Working knowledge of Pivot Tables, V-lookup, and basic financial functions within Excel
Performs heavy data base entry and word processing daily in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Adobe
Basic understanding of profit /loss and estimates vs actuals
Knowledge of PDF documents and experience with PDF writer software
Specific knowledge of the wireless site development process
Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; wireless telecom or utility/construction industry experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
