Our client is a privately held and profitable company that employs a team of marketing and media production professionals focused on providing clients with products, services and resources for their marketing and media production demands. Our list of outstanding clients are well recognized in the higher education, commercial and nonprofit markets.

The marketing group helps our clients with the creation, design, production and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns.
The Creative services group provides high end retouching, web and graphic design solutions for a majority of our clients. Our ability to offer complete marketing and production services within our Boston area facility, gives us a leading edge position in the business.
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing a marketing strategy, supporting sales, while developing a strong lead gen program. The responsibilities of the position fall into three key areas.

(3) Areas of responsibilities:
Improve our "brand awareness" and help generate new interest with new target opportunities through, web site improvements, direct marketing programs, blog updates, social media, public relations all in combination toward building a solid lead generation program.
Sales Support and Customer Relations, Support the sales team to help secure new business by participating in client discussions and presentations. Maintain connection with our clients through managing trade show events, customer events, industry associations, webinars and social media activity.
Product development, Coordinate our new product information process. Manage the development and marketing of all new products, including the managing of outside resources as needed. Provide product research data and market trends for potential future areas of growth.
Specific Duties Include:
Improve our market awareness and needs of the Non Profit, Corporate and Education markets
Develop new marketing initiatives that strengthen our clients' brand
Develop a comprehensive LEAD Generation program.
Provide S & M reports through Sales Force regarding our account coverage and new market progress
Continue to develop our marketing plan including direct marketing initiatives
Website ownership, maintenance and updating
Select and organize the appropriate trade conferences and events
Develop a marketing plan with budget.
Manage the advertising, sponsorships and direct mail programs.
GOALS:
Deliver New Leads from current market and/or new market opportunities.
Develop a 2015-16 Marketing Plan incorporating a new and consistent brand identity for the markets we serve.
Help develop and market 3 new products that fit our new or current markets

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
