Lead the company's investor relations function, including cross-functional and cross-departmental management of strategic planning, on-going development of investor relations activities, and coordinating all investor relations activities with parent company in Taiwan.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement a formal strategic plan for investor relations strategy.
-Develop effective benchmarking metrics for measuring the effectiveness of the plan, and report progress through periodic updates.
-Manage the corporate liaison activities with parent company in Taiwan.
-Manage M&A projects relating to investment activities.
-Represent company in meetings with industry analysts and key investors, managing the content, availability and distribution of information to investors, capital providers and other constituencies to support company objectives.
-Ensure compliance with US and Taiwanese securities regulations.
-Manage employee stock option program.
-Work collaboratively with senior management across all departments to gain insight on emerging trends, new products and services, major customers and competitive threats to support appropriate investor relations communication and strategies.
-Ensure accuracy of all investor relations internally produced content and external analysis.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in Finance, plus 2 years of experience in financial and risk management and analysis.
Experience must include:
-Coursework or experience in international banking;
-Corporate finance and risk analysis, including due diligence;
-Experience managing investor meetings and conferences;
-Experience managing preparation of quarterly and annual reports;
-Proven ability to develop, implement and manage a strategic investor relations plan for a multinational corporation;
-Must be knowledgeable in U.S. and Taiwan capital markets, securities laws and disclosure requirements;
-Must be able to craft key investor message points to support the company's investor relations objectives for key audiences including shareholders, the investment community, business and investment media, and employees;
-Knowledge of both domestic and international investment markets, exchanges and trading policies.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
