Position Summary
As
Associate Product Manager
for Software, you will be responsible for managing the assay design, data acquisition and analysis software for the XF and XFe Analyzers, the XF Prep Station, and associated product line extensions. You will understand rapidly evolving customer needs and represent the VOC voiced of the customer in marketing programs and for product development and improvements projects to meet those needs. You will be responsible for providing product training to field staff and distributors, monitoring the market, and implementing marketing programs to support product line growth worldwide.

Responsibilities:
Understand the expectations, needs, and wants of XF customers for assay design, data acquisition and analysis software with the XF platform, including the relative importance of features and benefits, user experience, and ways to increase customer satisfaction
Provide sales, customer support, and distributor partners the software platform expertise necessary to sell & support XF platform software
Develop value-based product positioning, pricing,Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
