Our client is the market leader in Unified Service Delivery Management solutions focused on assuring service delivery for the world's most demanding and complex service delivery environments.

Our Client provides a total solution for network, application and service performance management of real-time production applications. A new Business Unit has been created to leverage the strengths of the technologies and solutions to target the test lab and pre-production or development operations applications. Positioning the portfolio of Packet Flow Switches with InfiniStream probes and nGenius Management Software provides a unique combination that can streamline device, network and application testing from lab through production in a total solution.

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of product lifecycle management for the Test Lab Optimization Business Unit product portfolio, including hardware and software. The
requires strong knowledge of the Test Lab market place and the technical requirements for all related products sold for that application. The individual must be a strong communicator with the ability to drive new initiatives. The candidate must also be a team player with skills to work with a cross-functional team and partner across end-customers, Sales, Marketing, Technical Support and Engineering to develop and position the product portfolio. The person in this position will have team management responsibility and must be committed to help drive sales growth of over 30% per year for at least the next 3 years.

Essential Responsibilities:
Identifying new product and application opportunities that will help fuel synergistic revenue growth.
Collaborating with end-customers and Engineering to define Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with prioritized features and corresponding business justification.
Establish pricing and feature bundles for optimum sales and profitability
Develop training materials and product demos to attractively communicate the value products deliver to customers.
Creating and delivering technical sales presentations, application notes, white papers and competitive analysis.
Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers.
Supporting Marketing as they develop sales collateral including press releases, launch materials, customer presentations, videos, blogs, podcasts and sales training materials.
Collaborate with industry partners for interoperability and solution integration opportunities.
Working closely with Customer Support to maximize customer satisfaction.

5+ years professional experience in a role with focus on networking and test lab applications.
In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, etc.), application technologies and protocols, O/S (Windows, Linux, etc.), and some experience working with networking equipment (switches, routers) and test tools/analyzers.
BS/BSE, preferably in Engineering or
Science/IT, with GPA > 3.0; MBA a plus.
Strong verbal, written & presentation communication skills, with ability to translate technical & customer information into products requirements.
Ability to execute a number of parallel tasks and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products that had high sales growth.
Enthusiasm for talking to customers.
Ability to travel up to 25% of time for customer or regional meetings as required.
Ability to work in our Marlton, NJ facility either full-time or at least 25% of time. Other acceptable office locations include our locations in San Jose, CA and Westford, MA.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
