We are seeking a reliable, experienced maintenance person to assist us with the following:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities - Supervise and coordinate contractors for larger maintenance projects when necessary - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints - Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English - Customer service-oriented mindset when the building is occupied Note:
