The majority of our Store Management and Upper Management we have promoted from within.

, LLC Be people-focused and provide high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction Hire, train, and retain a motivated, successful workforce Supervise and communicate ideas and expectations clearly Possess strong organizational skills Understanding of proper budgeting and cost control practices Ability to build profitable top-line sales Previous experiences in retail and at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle and Panera Bread are an asset!Friendly and upbeat personality Team player with a desire to learn Experience managing a food establishment preferred but not required Understanding of food safety systems, ServSafe certification is a plus Recommended Skills Coordinating Financial Management Food Safety Friendliness Management Accounting Passionate Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
