This position will be home office based and can be located in AZ, CA, NV, OR, TX with willingness to travel and location near a regional airport ResponsibilitiesResponsible for installing and servicing Bruker BioSpin products, investigating and resolving customer reports of technical problems with advanced testing equipment, eliminating future operational or service difficulties, and managing the Territory Service group in coordination and cooperation with the Field Service Supervisor.
This position includes Bruker Customer and Staff support and training.
Also responsible for establishing and evaluating procedures, hardware, and software with an aim for enhancing service, product quality and profitability, and overall cost reduction.
Coordinate territory service with an aim to improve quality, to provide efficient installations, reduce customer downtime, and reduce costs, increase sales and increase the knowledge of the territory office engineers and customers in the BBIO products.
Participate in the establishment of, the implementation of, the information dissemination of, and the monitoring of policies and procedures related to Territory Service.
Assist in dissemination of BBIO product information with Bruker staff and customers.
Install new or modified Bruker systems or accessories at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
Provide on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Review performance reports and documentation from customers and field representatives, inspect malfunctioning or damaged product to determine nature and scope of problem, and recommend repair, replacement, or other corrective action.
Analyze reports of technical problems to determine trends affecting future design, production, service, and maintenance processes, and recommends modifications to eliminate future problems.
Coordinate product training and resources for territory engineers and Bruker staff members with an aim to ensure efficient installations, rapid resolution to service issues, and to increase knowledge of the engineers and customers for both service and applications related issues.
If required, monitor training records of territory engineers.
Instruct and monitor staff on proper documents for accuracy and completeness.
Help to develop and to conduct training on the safe operations of the equipment and to demonstrate skills to trainees, including both team members and customers.
Responsible for time management of territory engineers including but not limited to scheduling of engineers for service and installations; review and approval of expenses, time sheets, time off requests, close out of service ticketsPerform other duties as required.
QualificationsBS Degree in science or engineering disciplineMinimum 5 years work experience performing life sciences product and equipment service installations, preventive maintenance, and repair at customer work site locations plus minimum 3 years work experience leading a large regional territory field service team.
Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical, proposal communication and presentation skills, including fluent English, advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge of Internet software, relational database software, working knowledge of Microsoft windows and Linux operating systems.
Proficiency at customizing computer platforms and methods for the extraction and transfer of data is required.
Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple work priorities and deliverables, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals along with ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
