ResponsibilitiesNew remote home office opportunity in the North America Region for a Sales Representative to promote and sell Fourier 80 Benchtop NMR instruments as offered by Bruker BioSpin to existing and new customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned region to generate new business for the Fourier 80 NMR benchtop instrument.
Learn and understand the customer's value chain, critical success factors, and key initiative based on which the account plan and sales strategy is developed.
Communicate how the Fourier 80 solution addresses customer's needs.
Meet or exceed defined sales volume targets.
Observe and report on competitive and market trends.
Lead oral and written negotiations with customers, suppliers, partner companies and internal departmentsStudy all aspects of benchtop NMR market, including technology development, business opportunities, and industrial regulations, in order to promote sales in close collaboration with Regional and Market Sales.
Maintain all sales related information in the company's CRM (SalesForce.
com) on an up-to-date basis, including leads, accounts, opportunities, and sales funnel managementEvaluate needs and negotiate contracts directly with accounts or indirectly with 3 rd Party Service Providers subject to chart of authority.
Develop existing and build new customer relationships ensuring Bruker is seen as a long-term business partner.
Conduct telephone calls and in-person visits to communicate latest product offerings via presentations and other communication media.
Arrange for product demonstrations with Product Specialists as necessary.
Produce clear and effective written proposals and quotations using company provided quoting tools; maintain quoted prices within pre-defined pricing matrix; negotiate contract term and conditions within company guidelinesCommunicate regularly with Management and provide timely updates on all Fourier 80 instrument sale opportunities in the region, including likely and not likely purchasing decisionsCoordinate effort to communicate customer problems and complaints to the appropriate sales or service groupParticipate in trade shows and conferences as appropriatePerform other duties as required.
QualificationsBachelor Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology or related discipline or 10
years' equivalent sales work experience required.
Advanced degree or advanced business degree is a plus.
Minimum 6 years life sciences sales work experience with a proven successful track record of hands-on knowledge of promoting and selling benchtop NMR instrumentsExcellent oral, written, computer, technical, and proposal communication and presentation skills, including advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, Sales Force, and Miller HeimanAdvanced sales training with proven and successful relationship management, negotiation, and closing skillsExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with fluency in English.
Additional languages desirable.

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation.
The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $XX,XXX and $XX,XXX and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
The base salary for the role will depend on a number of job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
