Bruker Daltonics, a leading manufacturer of mass spectrometry instrumentation, software and accessories, has an immediate opening for a Service Planner/Scheduler in the U.
S.
This position will be fully remote.
The Service Planner/Scheduler will manage the high volume Installation, Planned Maintenance and Repair schedule for the US Field Service Organization across multiple teams to ensure on time delivery of on-site service events.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Regional Service Manager to actively manage FSE schedule including resource allocation and assignment Assign workload across multiple teams while maintaining on time KPI targets for PMs, installations and repairs Communicate with customers to confirm assigned engineer and tentative schedule/plans Maintain accuracy of service dispatch calendar in Sales Force CRM Track and monitor future PM requirements from active service contract database from Sales Force CRM Track and monitor future installation requirements with National Operations Manager Achieve on-time target KPIs for Planned Maintenance and repairs Monitor service dispatch calendar to combine on demand repair visits with PM schedule Monitor service case milestones from Sales Force and ensure timely case closure Monitor Service Reports and ensure completeness including attachment of electronic copy of signed customer acceptance documents in Sales Force Develop and improve processes, as required, to support creation of an accurate Master Schedule, including capacity and slot plans

Minimum 5 years of experience with high volume scheduling/project management administration Experience in Microsoft Office and SalesForce CRM Ability to effectively and professionally work under pressure, in a team-oriented environment, with frequent changes in deadlines and priorities Demonstrated ability to effectively communicated with a range of customers at varying levels of technical expertise Ability to work with diverse teams; and skill sets to achieve greater levels of efficiency Excellent team player who demonstrates leadership abilities Ability to create and drive process improvement and influence teams to adopt new practices Bruker Corporation offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, and tuition assistance (as applicable).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
