This position will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders and returns (RMAs) providing delivery dates, issuing credit requests, and creating new customer accounts.
Other responsibilities include:
Communicate with customers via phone and email Have a customer-centric mindset and see situations from the customer's point-of-view Meet individual goals and contribute to team goals Process orders received via email and EDI in SAP Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information Process credit cards Satisfy customer requests for price quotations Create new customer accounts in SAP Resolve customer issues
Qualifications:
Excellent communications skills are a must Fluency in English Computer literacy Knowledge of Microsoft product suite Previous SAP experience preferred Education/
Experience:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
